Lush Tea Tree Water Toner Water 100g £4.95 Lush.co.uk
I initially wasn't going to blog about this toner, but because I have had some great results with it I thought I needed to. Especially if it helps anyone else suffering from acne.
When I recently went into Lush, I wanted to try one of their steamer tabs that are just £1. I did get one but I also noticed this product next to it. You can buy the Tea Tree Water in 2 sizes, 100g and 250g.
Now I started using this by spraying it directly on my spots and just letting it soak in without wiping. That worked really well and I was using it twice a day. I have also used this on a cotton pad too and that works fine. But the way that's really worked best for me is spraying it on my pillow about half an hour before bed! I know that when I use this I don't wake up with any extra spots.
I can't remember where I saw this first. I think it could have been on a YouTube video made by Lush (in typical Raych fashion i've not been able to find it again0. Some people have also sprayed this on their makeup brushes to clean them, I have not tried this yet but I think I will.
This is what Lush say about Tea Tree Water..
Keep skin clear and refreshed. Tea tree is antibacterial, antifungal and antimicrobial, so can help keep away the bacteria that can cause spots. Grapefruit is rich in vitamins and is also lightly astringent on the skin, whilst juniperberry is antiseptic and helps keep skin clean and clear. Use any time of day to keep skin refreshed, or to remove traces of makeup or cleanser.
Overall I love this spray and it's so multipurpose (each to their own). If you have spots or congested skin this will help. I have to say, the only thing I don't like is I seem to be going through it so quickly!!! I am now tempted to try and make my own Tea Tree Water. I would love to hear from anyone who has done this.
Need Lush to make a 1 litre bottle! Pretty Please!
