Maybelline Dream Flawless Nude Foundation...

Maybelline Dream Flawless Nude Foundation..£8.99 from Superdrug.com.. I have shades 10 Ivory and 40 Fawn.

I have been sat here thinking of a clever opening to this review..but my mind has gone blank!  Its been a long morning, I thought my youngest was back at school today so I got him dressed and ready and out the door..only to discover he doesn't go back until tomorrow!  So not started today off well already!

Anyway on with the review..I have been after this foundation for a while, since it came out, I own one other fluid touch foundation...L'Oreal Paris Nude Magique Eau De Teint Foundation (which you can buy from Boots.com).  Which I loved and is a nice change from constantly wearing heavier foundations.

I had heard great reviews about this foundation, and after using it for a few days constantly now I can agree with those reviews!  Its wonderfully light, and gives really nice coverage! It doesn't sink in to my wrinkles which makes is great for more mature skin types, it actually felt fresh on my skin and quite cooling, so strange!  The only negative thing I would say is it can be a little messy as its so runny! I made a mess on my makeup table...which I suppose is better than my face!

I tried to do swatches of this foundation but they didn't work out very well...you couldn't really see it on camera, and I made quite a mess!  If you want a lot of coverage, this foundation isn't for you, but if you want something light that just makes your skin feel fresh and evens out your skin tone...this is for you!!

Application...I used my fingers to apply this, I didn't want to use a beauty blender or brush as I think it would soak in to those and not end up on your skin, fingers are all you need.. I used the applicator and dabbed this under my eyes, on my forehead and chin, then blended, really blends beautifully, apply more if you want more coverage, is build able to a point you are not going to get full coverage with this..so I wouldn't even attempt too as you would just be wasting foundation.

Didn't want to make this a massively long post and go on and on about how much I love this foundation...well I do!  I actually want to hear from you all? Would you like to see me do a "look" using this foundation?  Have any of you used this and what did you think??? Let me know :)
