Day ????? of my Diet :)

I had a whole plan of how I was going to diet...I was going to post updates on here and Instagram to not only chart my progress but to give myself a little boost, and also I did think I was more likely to stick to it if I posted about it.

Its been a while since I did my last "update" on here about my so called diet, I can honestly say I've not really tried that hard, I've eaten a lot of junk food and my weight has not moved now for a couple of weeks, I am at 12st 11lbs, this is not the biggest I've ever been, after the birth of my second child I ballooned to almost 15st, it took me around 18 months to get back down to 11st.

I have decided therefore to not post about dieting really, but to post about things I am doing to lose weight and be healthier, I'm not going to get on the scales obsessively anymore, I'm going to go on how I feel in myself, because that is the most important thing in all of this.

So I will post about eating habits, my exercise, and any changes in my overall health and wellbeing I have decided to only weigh myself once every 2 weeks I think this is a better idea than what I was originally doing, which made me so depressed when there was no change in my weight, even tho I know I wasn't eating right, its still feels awful looking at those scales and seeing the numbers rise...

I would love to know how any of you stay healthy??? what exercise do you do?? Do any of you do Weight Watchers or Slimming World and how does that work for you????

  1. A tip I have is too drink more water, its simple but it really makes a difference, it helps you lose weight and feel more full :)

    1. I've actually done that today and for once I have not reached for the crisps!
